My office procedure is to provide prompt and direct telephone contact to briefly discuss your needs for an immigration lawyer.  If I am not available, please leave a message and I will return your call.  Then, we set a mutually convenient time to meet and discuss your immigration situation in more detail.  For your consultation, you will be provided a full consultation as to your legal options.  Prior to the meeting, I will review your completed intake form.  After the meeting, the advice given will be summarized in writing to you.  We charge only $125 to individuals for a detailed consultation.  (For businesses, the consultation fee is $150).  If you hire me within 14 days of consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward the attorney fee for most cases.  Sometimes people ask why I do not provide a free consultation.  I charge for your consultation because you will get detailed service that is of value to you.  Some offices that provide free consultations, only provide a small picture of what you are dealing with in your immigration case.  It is my experience that all immigration cases are complex and I believe that you it is a disservice to you, the client, to give you anything less than the full picture of your situation and your options.

I am often asked during initial contact about the cost of the case.  The Reinhold Law Office cannot provide a firm price quote without first evaluating your case.  Although we charge flat fees for particular kinds of cases, each case is different and depending upon the complexity of the case or the other factors (such as emergency cases), the fee can vary from the usual rate.
